“Brett, what’s for dinner?” is music to my ears. Cooking dinner is one of my favorite ways to contribute to my family. I am by no means a pro chef, but I like to pretend. In 2014, my family grew from two to three with the addition of my son, Henry. In 2015, with Anna headed back to work after her maternity leave, it will be more important that ever to meal plan if we want to eat delicious homemade meals during the week. I have a goal of meal planning every Sunday in 2015 to ensure that my family has a variety of nutrient rich meals, minimize evening chaos, maximize our family time and keep to our budget.
